DScribe, by Unriddle Technologies Pvt Ltd, builds clinical operating infrastructure for Indian hospitals. Our tablet-and-stylus platform replaces paper inpatient records without asking doctors to change how they work. Doctors continue to write by hand, and DScribe takes care of the rest: shared access across the care team, NABH compliance, AI-generated discharge summaries and operational insights.

We are growing fast, and we are building the team that will take DScribe to its next stage.

About the job

Business Development · Senior · Full-time · Reports to Co-founder

DScribe's early growth came from its founders selling directly to hospitals. As BD Lead, you will turn that into a structured, repeatable sales function and build the team that runs it. You will work directly with Akshay V Nayak, Co-founder (Sales & Marketing), with full visibility into company strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the end-to-end sales process, including CRM setup, lead stages, qualification and handoffs.
  
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, hospital visits, product demos and closing.
  
• Hire, lead and mentor the Business Development Associates.
  
• Build relationships with hospital owners and decision-makers, and expand into new regions.
  
• Set team targets, review the pipeline weekly and report progress to the founders.
  
• Share hospital feedback with the product team to shape the roadmap.
  

Minimum qualifications

• 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  
• Experience building a sales pipeline and team from the ground up.
  
• Track record of consistently meeting revenue targets.
  

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, MedTech or SaaS.
  
• Working knowledge of a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.
  
• Excellent face-to-face and written communication.
  
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable working in an early-stage company.
