Role & Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry events.


• Map client pain points and position Mindtel’s offerings as tailored growth solutions.


• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot) — from first contact to handoff to AE.


• Partner with Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion from inbound leads.


• Attend client meetings (virtual/in-person) and follow up with customized proposals and demos.


• Hit monthly KPIs on call volume, lead conversion, and revenue targets — with clear weekly reviews.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Salesforce


• LinkedIn Sales Navigator


• CRM management

• Microsoft Office Suite


• Basic PowerPoint for pitch decks


• Target-driven mindset

Preferred

• Internship in sales / business development


• Basic understanding of SaaS / IT services


• Experience with Zoom / Google Meet for client demos
