BFSI Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
  
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and session plans as per curriculum.
  
• Conduct classroom and practical sessions to enhance job readiness.
  
• Assess candidates through tests, assignments, and mock interviews.
  
• Support candidates in developing communication and employability skills.
  
• Track attendance, performance, and batch progress.
  
• Coordinate with placement teams for interview preparation and job linkages.
  
• Ensure completion of training targets and quality standards.
  

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of BFSI concepts (banking operations, insurance, financial products).
  
• Good communication and presentation skills.
  
• Training and facilitation ability.
  
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, LMS tools).
  

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  
• 3–5 years of experience in BFSI training or industry preferred.

• Batch completion rate.
  
• Candidate assessment scores.
  
• Placement rate and interview success.
  
• Training quality and feedback scores.
