Billing Engineer (Parel HO Site)

Role Overview

The
Contracts cum QS & Billing Engineer will be responsible for managing contract
administration, measurement verification, and billing certification for civil,
MEP, and interior works.

Key
Responsibilities

•
Prepare and verify contractors’ RA bills and final bills.

•
Check and verify quantities against drawings and BOQ.

•
Coordinate with site teams to validate measurements.

•
Review contractual terms and ensure billing compliance.

•
Prepare reconciliation statements for major materials.

•
Monitor and certify variations and extra items.

•
Support the Project Manager in contract correspondences and claims.

•
Maintain systematic records of contracts, bills, and variations.

•
Assist in the preparation of cost -to -complete reports and cash flows.

•
Prepare monthly billing summaries and MIS reports.

Qualifications
& Skills

•
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (Postgraduate in Quantity Surveying
preferred).

•
5+ years of experience in contracts management, QS and billing.
