Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented engineering
professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for delivering high-quality engineering drawings, 3d models, and documentation
support based on their respective engineering discipline (Architectural /
Structural / MEP / Mechanical) ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to
industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain VDC / BIM models based on the assigned
discipline (Architectural / Structural / MEP / Mechanical)

Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and detailed
project documentation

Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to
ensure conflict-free designs

Handle mechanical , CAD/CAM modelling activities (for
Mechanical roles, where applicable)

Prepare and review façade shop drawings (curtain walls,
glazing, cladding, doors & windows, etc.) (for façade-related roles,
where applicable)

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure
smooth workflow and timely project delivery

Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project
specifications and industry standards

Maintain proper documentation, revisions, and version
control throughout the project lifecycle

Work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing
multiple priorities

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical /
Civil / Electrical / Architecture)

Proficiency in relevant modelling tools such as:

AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (for BIM roles)

SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Autodesk Inventor, Creo (for
Mechanical roles)

Experience in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, MEP,
Structural Precast detailing /Steel detailing, Façade / Curtainwall detailing
projects is preferred

Good understanding of engineering drawings standards , BIM
workflows and Level of Development (LOD 300–400)

Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design
standards, and industry practices

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability
to work in a team environment

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and
meet tight project deadlines

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
