BIM Quality Checker (3+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform QA/QC checks on BIM models and drawings.
  
• Review model accuracy, standards compliance, and data integrity.
  
• Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks.
  
• Identify and resolve modeling errors and inconsistencies.
  
• Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards.
  
• Generate quality audit reports and coordinate with project teams.
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of BIM experience in Architecture, Structure, or MEP projects.
  
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
  
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and model coordination.
  
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred:

• Experience with BIM 360/ACC and ISO 19650 standards.
