Differentiated Responsibilities:

Executive Consensus Framework Design: Structure the digital governance playbook and multi -role

workflows within the platform to seamlessly align monthly executive review inputs from Sales, Operations, and

Corporate Finance.

What -If Financial Scenario Modeling: Configure responsive planning workspaces enabling executive

leadership to simulate financial impacts (COGS, Revenue, Margins) of macroeconomic disruptions, siteclosures,

or tariff adjustments.

Target Role -Specific Experience & Skills:

Extensive leadership experience managing executive stakeholder conflicts and steering cross -functional

steering committees through broad corporate supply chain adjustments.

Deep functional literacy in financial translation layers within planning platforms, converting operational metric

volumes into accurate, bottom -line financial views.

Exceptional dashboard design skills optimized for director - and VP -level users to immediately expose supply/

demand gaps and unconstrained operational risks.
