Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced BMC Helix Developer with strong expertise in BMC Helix ITSM, BMC Discovery & CMDB, Enterprise Integrations, and Innovation Studio. The ideal candidate will design, develop, customize, and support BMC Helix solutions while integrating enterprise applications and ensuring CMDB health.

Requirements

Required Skills

â BMC Helix ITSM (3+ Years)

â BMC Discovery & CMDB

â ITIL / IT Service Management

â Enterprise Integrations (Intune, SCCM, XSOAR)

â BMC Helix Reporting & Dashboards

â Atrium Integrator (Spoon Jobs) & Innovation Studio

â HTML and workflow customization

â Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

â Experience with Digital Workplace, Smart IT, Remedy SSO, Mid-tier, and BMC Remedy ITSM.

â Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Site24x7.
