BPMN Consultant

What you will be doing

• Working in different BPMN projects for clients across globe.


• Prioritize Project Implementation initiatives.


• Articulate and implement requirements defined in user stories.


• Validate user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams.


• Review and provide feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.


• Lead or take part in sprint planning and review meetings to communicate feedback to different stakeholders.


• Interact with product owners and product managers to translate requirements and get articulated in product backlog.


• Play a pivotal role in implementing Commercial Loan Original projects implementations.


• Perform client requirements gathering workshops, put together project plans, perform data mapping /requirements workshops, assist clients in performing data validation and reconciliation testing, system integration testing, UAT and Go-Live support.


• Assist PS/Pre-sales in preparing and delivering estimations and SOW documents.


• Support sales organization and process with specific BPMN expertise and product knowledge


• Work with stakeholders/clients to understand technical problem statements and convert them into user stories.


• Maintain and develop knowledge of Commercial Loan Origination requirements and current regulations that apply to our current and prospective clients.

What you will bring

• At least 7 plus years of hands-on experience in design and/or development of software products and project implementation using BPMN (Business Process Modelling and Notation) tools with strong track record of progressive experience and responsibility. 


• Experience in leading a team of BPMN developers and guiding them during software development


• Experience with agile delivery approaches including Kanban, SCRUM, and SAFe.


• Advanced knowledge of C#, .Net technology will be an added advantage. 


• Familiar with Business Process Modelling concepts, Jav Scripts, XSL, XSD.


• Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a variety of levels within the organization.


• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced and challenging environment.


• Hands-on experience with Jira.


• Positive team-oriented attitude.


• Familiar with design pattern and AI basic concepts.


• Knowledge of the financial services marketplace will be plus.
