Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operational activities across product lines within the assigned market, ensuring seamless integration, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. 
• Drive business results by identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving operational efficiencies, and developing product lines to support revenue growth and profitability. 
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Team Leaders and supervisory staff to build a high-performing, accountable team that supports operational excellence. 
• Proactively reduce operational risks, security incidents, and workplace injuries by ensuring safety protocols, security standards, and compliance measures are fully implemented and maintained. 
• Foster strong customer relationships through responsive service and communication, while representing Brink’s with the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards
• Provides leadership to managers and professional staff. 
• Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams. 
• Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities. 
• Decisions are guided by resource availability and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum: Undergraduate degree or equivalent. Preferred: Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Business, Operations Management, or related field. 
• Experience: Minimum: Typically requires 7–15 years of experience in operations, logistics, or security services which includes at least 5–8 years of direct management experience.  Preferred: Experience in cash handling industry or retail/financial cash management.
