Our Branch Managers are the operational anchors—driving growth, culture, and execution excellence at the local level.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and scale day-to-day operations of your regional branch—oversee delivery, client satisfaction, team performance, and P&L alignment with HQ targets.


• Recruit, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, support) to meet monthly KPIs and exceed client SLAs.


• Build strong client relationships—proactively identify upsell opportunities, drive retention, and align local delivery with enterprise roadmap.


• Collaborate with Finance & HR to maintain budget discipline, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.


• Create and execute local go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales leadership.


• Champion operational efficiency—implement process improvements, leverage automation tools, and reduce delivery bottlenecks.
