We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager / Senior Manager who will lead strategic business development and revenue growth by building long -term relationships with brands and driving high -value partnerships.
In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, leading key business conversations, and driving integrated marketing solutions across Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Creative, and Brand Strategy.
Beyond individual revenue contribution, you'll play a critical role in building the sales pipeline, mentoring junior team members, improving sales processes, and partnering closely with leadership to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Leadership
Drive new business acquisition by identifying and securing partnerships with brands investing in digital marketing, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and integrated campaigns.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while consistently building a strong sales pipeline.
Build relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Founders, and senior decision -makers across industries.
Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and long -term client value.
Strategic Client Partnerships
Build and manage long -term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted business partner rather than a campaign vendor.
Understand client business objectives and recommend integrated marketing solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through cross -selling and upselling multiple service offerings.
Sales Strategy & Opportunity Development
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational revenue goals.
Continuously identify emerging industries, high -potential brands, and new market opportunities.
Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and evolving client needs to strengthen the organization's market position.
Proposal Development & Commercial Strategy
Lead the development of compelling sales presentations, partnership proposals, and integrated marketing solutions.
Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Campaign teams to develop commercially viable proposals.
Present business solutions confidently to senior client stakeholders and leadership teams.
Negotiation & Commercial Agreements
Lead commercial discussions covering pricing, campaign scope, timelines, contracts, and partnership agreements.
Negotiate high -value deals while balancing client expectations and business profitability.
Drive deals from initial discussion through closure while ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience.
Account Growth & Client Success
Own key client relationships and ensure consistent business growth across existing accounts.
Identify opportunities to increase account revenue through additional campaigns, new service offerings, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to strengthen long -term relationships and identify future opportunities.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Mentor and guide Brand Partnership Associates and Senior Associates on business development, client management, negotiation, and sales strategies.
Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance development of the Brand Partnerships team.
Share market insights, best practices, and successful sales approaches to improve overall team performance.
Cross -Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Strategy, Campaign Management, Creator Partnerships, Performance Marketing, Creative, and Finance teams to ensure successful campaign planning and execution.
Align internal teams on client expectations, commercials, timelines, and delivery commitments.
Support in resolving client escalations while maintaining strong long -term business relationships.
Business Intelligence & Revenue Forecasting
Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue forecasts, and business performance through regular reporting.
Present business updates, sales insights, and growth opportunities to leadership.
Recommend improvements in sales processes, pricing strategies, and go -to -market approaches to enhance business performance.
Who You Are
3–6 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Client Acquisition, or Strategic Partnerships within a Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media, Influencer Marketing, or Creative Agency.
Proven track record of acquiring new clients, consistently achieving revenue targets, and growing strategic client accounts.
Strong understanding of Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, Content, Social Media, and Integrated Marketing Solutions.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage senior client relationships while closing high -value commercial deals.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in proposal development, pricing, negotiations, and account growth.
Prior experience in mentoring or leading a small sales or business development team is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship -building skills.
Comfortable working in a fast -paced, target -driven agency environment while managing multiple high -value client conversations.
Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and a strong business development mindset.
