What You'll Be Doing
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and connect with potential clients across startups, SMEs, educational institutions, and growing businesses.
- Schedule meetings with HR Heads, Founders, CXOs, and Business Owners.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Client Meetings & Solution Selling
- Conduct face -to -face meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Understand business challenges and HR processes.
- Demonstrate how HR Tech solutions can improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Present tailored solutions based on client requirements.
Relationship Management
- Build trust -based relationships with prospects and clients.
- Act as a single point of contact during the sales process.
- Ensure a positive customer experience from first interaction to onboarding.
Sales Closure & Revenue Growth
- Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Follow up consistently and professionally.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to the growth of the business through new client acquisition.
Market Intelligence
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Gather customer feedback and insights.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging customer needs.
Who We're Looking For
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate (BBA, BBM, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., MBA preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience will have an added advantage.
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior decision -makers.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self -motivated and target -oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru.
- Ability to build and nurture professional relationships.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales, field sales, software sales, HR services, SaaS, insurance, banking, telecom, or related industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Knowledge of HR processes and HR technology solutions.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
