Description: The business analyst is responsible for analyzing and modelling existing business processes. The goal of business process analyst is to understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement. A thorough understanding of the current state of the organization and product is necessary prior to recommending changes related to implementing a new business solution.
Education and Qualification
MBBS or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Management
Business analysts typically take the lead role in:
· Requirement Elicitation & analysis
· Assisting with the Use cases
· Coordinating with Development team
· Sprint Planning and monitoring
Responsibilities
· Able to Perform feasibility analysis, scope of the requirement, and works with the project management team to prioritize deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities.
· Create a detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.
· Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
· Partner with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions.
· Should involvement in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.
Technical Skills:
· Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
· Understanding of systems engineering concepts
· Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
· Business case development
· Modelling techniques and methods
· Leadership
· Agile Sprint concepts
