We are seeking a results -oriented Technical Business Development Executive to drive
client acquisition and revenue growth for our IT services business. The ideal candidate will
have proven experience in international client handling, lead generation through digital
platforms, and end -to -end ownership of the sales cycle. This role requires strong
communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a basic understanding of technical
services to effectively engage with clients and internal delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
â Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as
Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other B2B lead generation channels.
â Independently handle the complete sales lifecycle, including initial outreach,
requirement gathering, proposal drafting, negotiation, closing, and handover.
â Communicate confidently with domestic and international clients via calls, emails,
and virtual meetings to understand business and technical requirements.
â Prepare customized proposals, estimates, and presentations aligned with client
needs and company capabilities.
â Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate solution mapping
and smooth project transitions.
â Build and maintain long -term client relationships, ensuring high levels of client
satisfaction and repeat business.
â Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and closures using CRM or internal
tracking tools.
â Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to
identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
â Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT business development, sales, or account
management.
â Hands -on experience working with Upwork, LinkedIn lead generation, freelancing
platforms, or similar channels.
â Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and
presentation abilities.
â Ability to independently handle clients and take ownership of accounts without
constant supervision.
â Basic technical understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile
apps, cloud solutions, or digital transformation (not required to code).
â Strong analytical and problem -solving skills with a client -centric mindset.
â Self -motivated, target -driven, and comfortable working in a fast -paced environment.
Preferred (Good to Have)
â Experience selling services related to web technologies, mobile applications,
SaaS, cloud, or custom software development.
â Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Middle East, Australia, etc.).
â Familiarity with proposal tools, CRM systems, and basic project estimation concepts.
â Ability to identify upselling and cross -selling opportunities within existing accounts.
