About Wissen Technology: 

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4–5 years of experience in Capital Markets and Hedge Funds. The candidate should have strong experience in business requirement gathering, stakeholder management, project coordination, and end-to-end project management. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. 
  
• Work closely with business, technology, and product teams to define solutions. 
  
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. 
  
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation. 
  
• Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery. 
  
• Provide domain expertise across Capital Markets / Hedge Funds.
  

Key Skills:

• 3–5 years of relevant BA experience. 
  
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets and Hedge Funds. 
  
• Experience in Project Management / Project Coordination. 
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  
• Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
