We are hiring experienced Business Analysts for an exciting IBM opportunity in Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore

Role: Business Analyst – ADM

Experience: 7+ Years

Work Mode: Work From Office

Interview Mode: To be discussed

Mandatory Skills:

â Strong experience as a Core Business Analyst

â CBAP or PMI -PBA Certification is mandatory/preferred

â Good understanding of Supply Chain Management processes

â Strong Data Analytics experience

â Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience in Data Quality Migration projects

• Knowledge of Data Hub concepts

• Hands -on experience with Data Visualization tools and reporting

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

â Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements

â Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities

â Support data -driven decision -making and reporting initiatives

â Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and analysis reports

Important Notes:

• Relevant experience is mandatory

• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills are highly preferred
