We're Hiring | Business Analyst – Procurement Transformation

Location: Pune

Experience: 7–8 Years

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Procurement Transformation projects, ARIBA/Fieldglass, Agile methodologies, and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.

Requirements

Required Skills

7+ years as a Business Analyst in Procurement Transformation
Hands-on experience with ARIBA or SAP Fieldglass
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
Procurement tools expertise
Source-to-Contract (S2C) domain knowledge (Mandatory)
Agile/Scrum methodology
SharePoint & ADO Boards
Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio
Power BI reporting/dashboard creation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
