To provide technology advisory support through evaluation of business requirements, assessment of process improvements and recommendation of technology solutions that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

Managing and motivating the sales team towards achieving targets.
Responsible for empanelment of new dealers and resource allocation.
Ensuring process & documentation compliance, FI, agreement execution & credit approval.
Hiring, training & development of sales team to achieve targeted numbers.

Qualifications

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Graduate (Any Specialisation)
