Key Responsibilities � �
Market Development & Lead Generation
â Identify new clients, distributors, stockists, hospitals, or institutional buyers
â Develop business in assigned territory or segment (Domestic / International / PCD / Tender)
â Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
â Generate and follow up on qualified leads
� � Client Relationship Management
â Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
â Conduct regular client meetings (in-person / virtual)
â Handle product presentations, pricing discussions, and negotiations
â Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
� � Sales & Revenue Growth
â Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
â Prepare sales forecasts and territory plans
â Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
â Support new product launches and promotional strategies
� � Coordination & Compliance
â Coordinate with Regulatory team for documentation (DCGI, FDA, export docs, etc. as applicable)
â Coordinate with QA/QC for product specifications and compliance
â Ensure adherence to pharma marketing ethical guidelines
â Support tender documentation and contract compliance
� � Documentation & Reporting
â Maintain CRM records and client database
â Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
â Track payment follow-ups and outstanding collections
â Maintain records of agreements, contracts, and proposals
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
â Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry dynamics
â Knowledge of PCD / Institutional / Export business models (as applicable)
â Excellent negotiation and communication skills
â Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
â Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
â Ability to travel as per business requirements
