We are looking for a sales leaders who have the ability to lead the sales function at SharePal. They should be excelling at lead management, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication & negotiation skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Job responsibilities:
1. Lead the sales process by taking charge of new leads and helping them with our offerings
2. Manage the CRM tool and ensure the leads are properly handled
3. Work closely with the marketing & product team to better our offering constantly
4. Explore B2B collaboration opportunities, create awareness, and onboard travel operators in our referral programs
5. Prepare and present key sales metrics to the founding team or Sales head
Job requirements:
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate with BCom/BBA/B.Tech/MBA
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a Sales or Business Development role
