This one hands you a mountain: build a book of business from near -zero and help take Jane Aerospace to Rs 100 crore — in the eight months left in this financial year. WHO WE ARE:

Jane Aerospace is an aviation and industrial supply -chain solutions
company based in Bengaluru. We help companies in aerospace, drones, defense and
manufacturing source and procure the parts and components they import — faster,
cheaper and with less risk than doing it themselves. We do the sourcing,
supplier verification, negotiation, customs and documentation; the customer
gets a single, reliable partner and pays us a simple mark -up on the ex -works
cost. When we plug into a company's regular procurement, we take the headache
off their plate — procurement headaches happen to be our favorite kind.

We are small, sharp and moving fast — the kind of small where your work
shows up in the numbers by Friday. Our AI team is building tools that make one
of our people as productive as a whole department. Your job is to put those
tools to work and win customers.


THE MISSION THIS YEAR!

Two Business Development Champions. Eight months. One goal: fill the pipeline and win the business that takes Jane Aerospace toward Rs 100 crore. You will not inherit a territory or a warm client list to coast on — you will hunt, win, onboard and keep your own customers. Treat a target the way an athlete treats a record: something to break, not admire.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO:


  • Own 150–200 accounts, end to end — find, win, onboard, retain. No separate account -management team to hide behind.
  • Prospect relentlessly — around 100 outreach touchpoints a day. Our outsourced LinkedIn team generates leads on the founder's profile; you take over the moment a prospect shows a flicker of interest.
  • Run the full sales cycle — discovery, presentations, quoting via Zoho CRM within 12–48 working hours, negotiation, and driving to a signed order and advance.
  • Onboard and retain — capture each customer's procurement forecast, follow up on schedule, turn a first order into a habit.
  • Use the AI arsenal — tooling built on Zoho, Claude and our own “Secret Sauce Code,” so you sell instead of shuffling spreadsheets.

DO NOT APPLY IF:

  • You want a comfortable 9 -to -6 with the pipeline handed to you.
  • You go quiet when targets feel hard, or need constant supervision.
  • You need three approvals and a committee before you dare send a cold email.
  • You see sales as a stepping -stone rather than the thing you want to be brilliant at.

This is a role for a
go -getter who wants to build something and be paid for the outcome — not the
effort.

HOW TO APPLY (five rounds)

  1. Application — we judge your details and cover letter. Make it kick -ass; “To Whom It May Concern” goes straight to the bin.
  2. Questionnaire — a timed set of questions, AI strictly off -limits (yes, we'll know). Shows us how you think.
  3. Video interview — a live conversation to see if you match your resume and questionnaire.
  4. In person — present to the MD and handle a live sales scenario, including a rejection. This round is in person at our Bengaluru office and cannot be done online.
  5. HR — final fit and offer.

Location: Bengaluru (work from office; no work -from -home). Travel to customer locations required when needed. Positions: 2. Type: Full -time.


Requirements

EXPERIENCE: 0 -5 years in sales / business development. Freshers with genuine hunger are welcome.

EDUCATION: Any bachelor's degree. An engineering background is a plus (we sell technical products) but is not required.

LANGUAGE: Fluent in English and your native language; confident presenting to decision -makers.

YOU MUST BE:
  • Genuinely hungry for sales - energised, not scared, by an "impossible" number.
  • Unstoppable on rejection; disciplined, systematic and proactive with full ownership.
  • Honest, punctual and client -first.
WORKING CONDITIONS (please apply only if you accept these):
  • Full -time, work from our Bengaluru office. There is no work -from -home option.
  • Willing to travel to customer locations for meetings when needed.
  • Willing to attend the final in -person interview at our Bengaluru office (this round cannot be done online).
KEY SKILLS: B2B sales, prospecting and cold outreach, negotiation, account management, and disciplined CRM (Zoho) usage.
