Job Description - Business Development Associate

Lead Management

• Handle inbound leads from website, social media, WhatsApp, email, and advertising campaigns.

• Connect with potential clients through calls, messages, or emails to understand their requirements.

Lead Qualification

• Ask relevant questions to understand client requirements, budget, timeline, and services needed.

• Filter and categorize leads based on priority and potential.

Sales Coordination

• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales/business development team member.

• Ensure smooth handover of leads with complete information.

CRM & Data Management

• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM or internal tracking systems.

• Track lead status, follow-ups, and responses.

Follow-ups

• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest.

• Ensure no inbound lead remains unattended.

Client Communication

• Provide basic information about Doors Studio services, portfolio, and capabilities.

• Schedule meetings or discovery calls between prospects and the sales team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to understand client requirements quickly

• Organized and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously

• Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or lead management platforms is a plus

• Basic understanding of digital marketing / branding services will be an advantage
