Job Description - Business Development Executive

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell business automation software solutions. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and offering solutions that streamline HR, payroll, and overall business operations.Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and networking

Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients

Understand client requirements related to HR, payroll, and workforce management

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM

Small and medium -sized businesses (SMEs)

HR departments and business owners

Industries: manufacturing, retail, logistics, and service

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

1–4 years of experience in B2B / software / field sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target -driven and self -motivated

Ability to explain software solutions in simple terms

Willingness for field work and local travel

Experience in HRMS / Payroll / ERP / SaaS sales

Familiarity with Vasai / Virar / Mumbai market
