Job Description - Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience: Freshers to Minimum 1 year in sales


We are seeking a dynamic and results -oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our reach and student enrollment through effective sales strategies and field work. This role requires a self -starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new leads through various channels, including field visits, networking, referrals, and online marketing.
  • Field Sales: Conduct regular field visits to schools, colleges, and community centers to promote VVT Coaching Centre's programs and services.
  • Student Counseling: Counsel prospective students and parents about the benefits of our coaching programs and assist them with the enrollment process.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and market trends.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in marketing initiatives, including participation in educational fairs and events.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle necessary administrative tasks related to student enrollment and sales tracking.
Qualifications:
-Freshers to Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in the education sector).
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Strong negotiation and closing skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
-A passion for education and helping students succeed.
-Bachelor's degree preferred.
