Business Development Executive

• Creating a positive Brand Image /awareness of Shpowati in the minds of new prospective clients (Fashion DesignerS)


• Candidate has to visit every kind of Fashion establishment and educate them how Shopwati is beneficial for them.


• Contact customers (cold Calling) to offer or persuade them to purchase the services.


• Explains advantages and features of service being sold to stimulate customer's interest.


• Candidate will be given a particular area/territory for working- wherein he will have to visit all sorts of business establishments ( small to big) , meet the customers, make an entry of complete details of their business


• Establishment and pitch about signing up with Shopwati and thus convert those prospects to customers


• Answer customer's questions pertaining to service being offered. 

Desired Competencies

Knowledge-  

• Basic knowledge of methods involved in showing, promoting, and selling products or services. 


• Basic Computer Knowledge 


• English and Regional Language. 


• They should have fair idea about local locations or areas 

Skills- 

• Talking to customers to effectively convey information. 


• Judging Customer Behaviour and accordingly moulding the sales pitch 


• Interview/interaction with customer to ascertain and evaluate needs and wishes of customer. 


• Listening to what Customer is saying and asking questions as appropriate 


• The ability to speak clearly so that it is understandable to a customer. 

Attitude-

• Sales strategies and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques 


• The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand 


• The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences 

Experience-

• Front Line Sales or Cold Calling sales experience would be an added advantage.

Compensation

• 1.8-2.40 lacs pa + Incentives
