Job Description - Business Development Executive

  • Prospect, Qualify, and Develop Target Accounts to create sales -ready leads globally through LinkedIn, Emails, Calls, and other sources. Consistently meet and exceed Demand Generation quotas to create an optimal sales pipeline.

  • Cold Calling potential customers.

  • Field Visit at customer’s place/office/shop/clinic based on the need arise.

  • Create custom proposals/concept pitches working with the operations team.

  • Handle customer communications, and software product -related conversations & queries.

  • Independently negotiate & close deals, maintain relationships with clients & address their needs effectively.

  • Manage contracts, sales follow -up, invoices & payments follow -up.

  • Nurture all marketing qualified leads in your pipeline with high -quality follow -ups.

  • Identify insights & pain points from conversations with prospects and contribute to the product roadmap by providing active feedback to the product team.



  • Requirements

  • A business graduate degree, preferably an BBA, or MBA.

  • 0 - 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.

  • Passion for work and willingness to learn.

  • Spark in getting things done, degree doesn’t matter.

  • Absolutely amazing communication and presentation skills. Should demonstrate solid skills in influencing and negotiation.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Proven capabilities and skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre -call planning, call structure/control, and time and territory management.

  • Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast -paced, goal -oriented sales.
