Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth for a leading online cosmetic and beauty products store across key retail markets in Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, and Vijayawada. This role is critical in expanding our retail footprint by building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing on -ground sales strategies, promoting product visibility, and ensuring consistent performance through market engagement and data -driven follow -ups. The position offers a dynamic environment for growth, with opportunities to contribute directly to business expansion in high -potential retail zones.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular market visits to identify and develop new sales leads using provided data and personal referrals

• Engage with distributors, retailers, and vendors to present product portfolios and drive adoption

• Execute product sampling and promotional activities at retail outlets to enhance brand visibility

• Implement focus product campaigns and ensure timely deal closures within the assigned territory

• Support retailers and distributors with on -ground business development initiatives and operational guidance

• Monitor, analyze, and report monthly sales performance, campaign outcomes, and key market insights

• Graduate degree in any discipline(from 2021 to 2025 pass -out)

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Up to 11 months of prior sales or retail experience is acceptable

• Must be a local resident within 10 km of the assigned store

• Personal two -wheeler (bike preferred) is mandatory with valid driving license

• Prior exposure to the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG retail sector is preferred

• Male candidates are preferred for this role

• Work Schedule: 6 days per week

• Weekly Off: Sunday
