Symbroj Solar Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of solar solutions,
specializing in solar plant design, installation, and inverter data
logging solutions. We work closely with DISCOMs and customers to
ensure smooth solar project execution. As we expand our reach, we
are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive
(BDE)
to drive sales and business growth.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Symbroj Solar
Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for generating leads, building
relationships with potential customers, and closing deals for solar
solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer
base and driving revenue growth while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers for solar solutions
    through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential,
    commercial, and industrial clients.
  • Present and promote Symbroj Solar’s products and services to
    potential customers.
  • Work closely with the installation and technical teams to ensure
    smooth project execution.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and solar
    incentives to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and report
    performance metrics.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering,
    or a related field.
  • 6 -month to 1 -year of experience in business development, sales,
    tele -calling or solar industry (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of solar energy solutions and policies is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Self -motivated, result -oriented, and proactive approach towards sales.
