Job Description - Business Development Executive (Real Estate)

  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems.(DMS)
  • Data verification from mobile app in SRA project related to eligible
    ineligible hutments
  • Meeting the concerned BMC Ward Officers to collect the required documents and
    other required documents of the tenant in the SRA project i.e. (Gumasta,
    Photopass etc.)
  • Verification of all documents required for land acquisition

  • Maintaining records of permission and approval documents required by the
    government authority (MHADA, BMC, SRA, Private Landowners)

  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
  • Distribute all recorded copies to internal teams as and when required.
  • File documents in physical and digital records for the smooth functioning of the
    departments.

  • Disseminating the Records to different departments (Business
    Development, Front Office (SRA, MCGM) & Back Office Liasoning &
    Architecture  Dept. Legal Dept., Approval Plans, Land Records, Acquisition
    Record, policies & circulars)

  • Develop a records storage plan, which includes the short and long -term
    housing of physical records and digital information along with identifying,
    classifying. 

  • Copy, scan and store documents check for accuracy and edit files,
    like contracts review and update land & revenue registered documents,
    maintain filling property wise & project wise, library maintenance,
    classification & cataloging, documentation, handling the library
    libby’s software, 7/12 extract, mutation entry, court matter filling
    title search report, all sale deed & others registered land relevant
    agreements, project maps setup.
  • Collect, scan, and upload documents following set procedures.
  • Drafting of letters related to departmental or as directed.
  • Proper storage and control of the numbering, sorting, filing of documents in
    physical/softcopy for easy access.
  • Review and update documents for better understanding and for storage.
  • Distribute all recorded copies to internal teams as and when required.
  • File documents in physical and digital records for the smooth functioning of the
    departments.
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the
    agreement.
  • Engineering, Construction
    documents Requisitions, Property Documents etc.  
  • Verify Purchase Requisition slips (PRS) & Notary or Registration
  • Land payment transaction and other petty cash cheque transaction recorded or
    court notice record.

  • Handling The Bill’s & Court Fee’s & all court Department work in basically Civil
    Matter in Small Causes Court
  • Maintaining Books of Legal Cases
  • Preparation of MIS.

  • Verify documents of Deed of Conveyance, Consent, Rectification, Agreement
    for sale, waras Affidavit, memorandum of understanding, Power of Attorney,
    Check details of 7/12 all of this details update and
  •   
  • Land Payment cheque and voucher transaction, society registration filing work

  • Daily count matter list,
    updating matter status, court of Tahsildar & Collector office.
  • 32G & job cases, 43 sale permission all liaising work & documentation work for
    Land related.
  • Land payment transaction and other petty cash cheque transaction recorded or
    court notice record -

  • Filing Matter
  • Handling Court Filing
  • Study of the cases & Provide Document to the Advocate
  • Handling The Bill’s & Court Fee’s
  • Handling Client quires
  • Maintaining Books of Legal Cases
  • Assisting in banking transactions.
  • Survey of the Property and Scrutiny of the property from Talathi Saja
