Job Description - Business Development Executive (SaaS Solutions)

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer -focused professional who can effectively present software demonstrations to potential clients, understand their business requirements, and explain how our solutions can meet their needs.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English and prior experience working in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the first interaction with prospective clients on behalf of WebBee.
  • Understand client business requirements and identify their key challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present company presentations professionally.
  • Explain how WebBees solutions can address and solve client business needs.
  • Position WebBee as the best -fit solution for prospective customers.
  • Represent the company professionally during online and offline client meetings.
  • Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
  • Follow up with prospects, address their queries, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, requirements, and feedback.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure customer expectations are understood and met.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Support leads to qualifications and opportunity discovery through meaningful client conversations.


Requirements

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong presentation and software demonstration skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements.
  • Professional corporate communication and etiquette.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship -building skills.
  • Confident personality with a customer -centric approach.
  • Strong listening and problem -solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS products and software solutions is preferred.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including both day and night shifts, based on business requirements, client schedules, and time -zone coverage..
  • Flexibility to coordinate with international clients across different time zones is essential.
  • Willingness to adjust work schedules when required to support business operations, client meetings, product demonstrations, and project discussions.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to handling dynamic work environments is highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2 -4 years of experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in client interaction, product demonstrations, customer success, pre -sales, or business development will be an advantage.
