Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to 5L CTC per annum

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads.
2. Marketing Strategies: Plan and execute marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
3. Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
4. Techno-Commercial Proposals: Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals; manage negotiations to close deals effectively.
5. Product Management: Update and manage product details, pricing, and related information regularly.
6. Department Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met seamlessly.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Masters degree with at least 2 years of experience OR a total of 5 years of experience.
   • B.Tech/BE in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or related fields from a recognized university.
2. Experience:
   • Sales, Marketing, or Business Development experience in the electrical industry.
3. Skills:
   • Fluent in English and Hindi.
   • Proficient in MS Office.
