Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and
growth in our cybersecurity products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and positioning our
cybersecurity solutions to BFSI, New Age Companies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in cybersecurity solutions, including
network security, endpoint security, cloud security and threat intelligence.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations and demos for clients to showcase cybersecurity solutions.
• Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and create compelling proposals for potential
clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision -makers (CISOs, IT Heads, CTOs,
CIOs).
• Conduct regular account management activities to drive customer satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
3. Market & Industry Analysis
• Stay updated with industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and evolving technologies.
• Identify competitive threats and develop counter -strategies.

• Provide insights on market demands and customer pain points to internal teams for
product/service improvement.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with marketing, and product / technical teams to develop sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
• Represent the company at cybersecurity conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Requirements
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4 -8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development in the cybersecurity or IT
solutions space.
Technical & Sales Skills
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM, SOC,
identity & access management, cloud security, etc.).
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a cybersecurity or IT solutions
company.
• Experience in selling to enterprise clients and New Age Companies, mid -market
organizations.
• Ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business value for non -technical
stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem -solving and consultative sales approach.
• Self -motivated, results -driven, and ability to work independently.
