Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in signage, commercial graphics, and both outdoor and indoor signage. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in closing sales, reaching targets, onboarding new clients, generating leads, and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities in the signage and commercial graphics sector.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
    • Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  1. Client Management:
    • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company's processes.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

  1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

  1. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations.


Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the signage and commercial graphics industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing significant deals.
  • Strong understanding of outdoor and indoor signage solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
