Our client, Pentau Steel Structures, is a reputed organization in the Engineering and Steel Structures sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  
• Identify new market opportunities through networking, client meetings, and industry engagement.
  
• Build and maintain long -term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and revenue growth projections.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales and marketing strategies.
  
• Represent the organization at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  
• Monitor company performance and prepare management reports for review.
  
• Lead, mentor, and train business development and sales team members.

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales planning, client acquisition, and revenue generation. Experience handling forecasting, growth strategy, and stakeholder management is essential. Exposure to engineering or steel structures businesses is highly preferred.

Education

• Minimum: Undergraduate Degree in Management or related discipline
  
• Preferred: Postgraduate Degree in Management (MBA or equivalent)
  
• Additional Certifications: Sales, Business Strategy, CRM, or Leadership Certifications
