Position - Business Development Manager
Location - Hyderabad 
Exp - 3 -5 yrs 
Notice Period - Immediate Joiner - 30 days

Job Description: 

We’re looking for a high -performing Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and business development for our multi -cloud services (AWS,
Azure, GCP, and Hybrid cloud). You’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base, leading sales initiatives, and helping shape our go -to -market strategy.


• The ideal candidate should have a solid blend of technical cloud knowledge and sales expertise, with experience in both hunting and farming strategies. If
you’re passionate about cloud tech and love solving customer challenges while building strong relationships—this role is for you.


Roles and Responsibilties:

• Develop and execute a results -driven sales strategy aligned with business goals.Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in cloud services.

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.

• Build strong, long -term client relationships through consultative selling.

• Collaborate cross -functionally with technical and marketing teams to deliver value -driven solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high -performing sales team.

• Regularly track performance metrics and report on KPIs, pipeline, and forecasts.

• Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
• Ensure targets and quotas are met through effective planning and execution.
Must


Have Skills:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.

• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and related cloud ecosystems.

• Proven ability to manage sales cycles from prospecting to closing.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem -solving capabilities.

• Experience building and leading sales teams is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.

• Ability to work independently.
