We're Hiring | Business Development Manager (B2B Corporate Sales)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Mode: Full-time | Work from Office
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Fixed)
Performance Incentives: Earn up to ₹1,00,000/month based on sales milestones and performance
Health Coverage: Up to ₹5,000 per year
Are you passionate about sales and making a positive environmental impact? We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive B2B corporate sales for an innovative company that manufactures high-performance biodegradable and compostable alternatives to single-use plastics.

Identify and develop new B2B and corporate sales opportunities
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term customers
Build strong relationships with corporates, distributors, retail chains, institutions, and procurement teams
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and reporting systems
Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry forums
4–5 years of experience in B2B Corporate Sales
Experience in FMCG, Packaging, Product Sales, Sustainability Products, Industrial Products, or Corporate Business Development
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals
MBA, BBA, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
Experience in sustainable packaging or environmental sustainability products will be an added advantage
