Business Development Manager

• Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, clients, and market potential.

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies focused on revenue and customer
  satisfaction.

  • Arrange and lead meetings with prospective and existing clients.
  
• 
  • Understand client requirements and effectively present company products/services and
  value proposition.
  
• 
  • Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  
  
• • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  
• 
  • Expand and strengthen the client base and achieve/exceed business targets.
  
  
• • Coordinate with project and technical teams for successful delivery of key projects.
  
  
• • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  
  
• • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and manage the business development pipeline.
  

Requirements

• Qualification & Experience
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in industrial construction and/or project management.
  
  
• • Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Management.
  
  
• • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
  
• • Proficiency in English and MS Office/computer applications.
  
  
• • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and leading/motivating
  a team.
  Preferred Experience
  
  
• • Experience in large construction projects and industrial projects.
  
• 
  • Strong exposure to construction coordination, design coordination, and client relationship
  management.
  
  
• • Understanding of process design and project management.
  
  
• • Experience in the Food & Beverage and/or Healthcare industries is preferred.
  
  
• • Working knowledge of MS Project and project management practices.
