Job Description - Business Development Manager AV Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Business Development Manager – AV Solutions to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the Audio -Visual (AV) & Collaboration Solutions market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AV solution selling, pre -sales coordination, and handling end -to -end business development activities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for AV & Collaboration solutions.

  • Achieve revenue targets by driving end -to -end sales cycles.

  • Develop strategic plans to increase market share and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management

  • Engage with key decision -makers: IT Heads, Facility Managers, Procurement, and CXOs.

  • Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Maintain long -term relationships to ensure repeat business and account growth.

Solution Pitching & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Pre -Sales & Technical AV Teams to design client -specific solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, BOMs, SOWs, and quotes in coordination with internal teams.

  • Present technical and commercial proposals confidently to clients.

Market & Vendor Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and distributors (Crestron, Extron, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Samsung, etc.).

  • Stay updated on AV industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with the operations and project delivery team for smooth execution and handover.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow -up and support.

Required Skills & Competencies


  • Strong understanding of AV technologies: Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, Control Systems, Audio Systems, Interactive Displays, Projection, Unified Communications.


  • Proven experience in B2B sales of AV/IT solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into solutions.

  • Strong networking skills and market awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.

  • 4–10 years of experience in AV/UC/Collaboration Solutions Sales.

  • Experience working with corporate clients, system integrators, or AV OEMs is highly preferred.
