Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for AV & Collaboration solutions.
Achieve revenue targets by driving end -to -end sales cycles.
Develop strategic plans to increase market share and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Engage with key decision -makers: IT Heads, Facility Managers, Procurement, and CXOs.
Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and product demonstrations.
Maintain long -term relationships to ensure repeat business and account growth.
Work closely with the Pre -Sales & Technical AV Teams to design client -specific solutions.
Prepare proposals, BOMs, SOWs, and quotes in coordination with internal teams.
Present technical and commercial proposals confidently to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and distributors (Crestron, Extron, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Samsung, etc.).
Stay updated on AV industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies.
Coordinate with the operations and project delivery team for smooth execution and handover.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow -up and support.
Proven experience in B2B sales of AV/IT solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into solutions.
Strong networking skills and market awareness.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
4–10 years of experience in AV/UC/Collaboration Solutions Sales.
Experience working with corporate clients, system integrators, or AV OEMs is highly preferred.
