Business Development Manager (Field Sales) – Incentives + High Growth ?

Location: Delhi / Gurgaon
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full -Time

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and result -driven Business Development Manager for a field -based sales role. If you enjoy meeting clients, pitching solutions face -to -face, and closing deals on the ground — this is your zone.

You’ll be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospects, delivering demos, and converting opportunities into long -term clients. This role gives strong exposure to B2B sales, SaaS products, and real -time market interactions.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Visit potential clients and businesses to generate new leads
  • Conduct in -person meetings, presentations, and product demos
  • Convert prospects into paying customers through effective pitching
  • Build and maintain strong on -ground relationships with clients

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential customers through field visits, networking, and references
  • Follow up on inbound and outbound leads
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects

Sales Execution & Support

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for demos and closures
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

CRM & Reporting

  • Update daily activities, leads, and conversions in CRM
  • Share regular reports and updates with management

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness

  • Stay updated with product features, industry trends, and competitors
  • Continuously improve sales pitch and approach

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
  • Self -driven, target -oriented, and proactive
  • Basic understanding of B2B / SaaS sales (preferred)
  • Ability to manage time, travel, and multiple clients

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in field sales or direct sales roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead generation platforms
  • Interest in finance, taxation, or SaaS products
