We are looking for:
A BD Manager to drive the commercial strategy and sales growth for the Aroma Solutions business across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
The role focuses on developing market opportunities, strengthening distributor partnerships, and executing strategic commercial initiatives to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets in the region and realize growth opportunities with channel partners & Local KAs located in India.
The incumbent shall report to Head of sales India &subcontinent Aroma performance and shall work in close cooperation with the regional & global GBU organization (Marketing team, Supply China team, QA team, R&I team, and CSO team).

Commercial Strategy & Business Development:
Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy for Aroma Solutions across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
Identify growth opportunities, emerging market trends, and new application areas within the aroma, flavour and fragrance segment.
Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability in line with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region
Distributor Management
Manage, support, and supervise regional distributors to ensure alignment with company objectives and market strategy.
Set performance targets for distributors and monitor sales performance regularly.
Provide guidance, training, and commercial support to distributors to strengthen market coverage and customer engagement.
Evaluate distributor performance and recommend improvements, new partnerships, or restructuring where required
Achieve sales budget for India: Meet and /or exceed assigned sales budget /target, and constant strive for new opportunity
Commercial Excellence Implementation: Annual budget and quarterly BFR, Accurate Maestro input, visit plan and visit report (enter to salesforce), Pricing power and KAM
Competitor landscape monitoring: Regular track and monitor Asian and global players activities /movement in the India /Asia market.
Develop new products and application: Prospect and arrange visits in India/South Asia and liaise with R&I and/or tolling team to achieve them and take part in the innovation process and SOIP of Tolling and new products.

You will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Food Science or a related field.
6 - 10 years plus business experience in chemical industry, experience in Food & Beverage, Flavor & Fragrance is preferred
High level of motivation / ambition
comfortable to travel for business up to 50 % of the time
Strong drive and result orientation to grow the business
Capabilities to articulate a compelling strategy to develop business with large and sophisticated corporations
Proven track record in key account management and / or ability to develop a structured key account approach to implement the strategy present hereto.
Proven ability to interface at very different level
Team spirit with excellent interpersonal skill
Across Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
Fluent English
