Business Development Manager – Modular Kitchen Brand

Experience: 4–7 years
Location: Bangalore

About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by building strategic partnerships with builders, architects, real estate developers, and construction sector stakeholders for a premium modular kitchen and wardrobe brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction and real estate sectors through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, and real estate brokers
  • Conduct needs assessment and develop tailored proposals in collaboration with internal teams
  • Manage end -to -end sales pipeline – lead tracking, follow -ups, and deal closure
  • Utilize negotiation skills to convert leads into profitable business partnerships
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development progress


Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or interior sectors
  • Strong network within the construction and real estate community (highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self -motivated, target -driven, and results -oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
