passionate BD Manager to set the sales team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track
record in SaaS or ERP sales to lead and grow our HRMS product line. This role requires a
strategic mindset, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end sales
processes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HRTech/SaaS domain.
● Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and industry
networking.
● Understand client HRMS/ERP needs and present tailored product demonstrations.
● Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure.
● Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Implementation) to ensure
customer success.
● Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM
system.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA
preferred).
● Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS/ERP sales, preferably with exposure to HRMS
or HCM products.
● Strong understanding of the B2B sales process with a proactive sales approach.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
● Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
● Willingness to travel to meet the customer location.
Nice to Have:
● Experience selling to HR departments or CXO-level stakeholders.
● Understanding of HR processes such as payroll, attendance, performance management,
etc.
● Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling techniques.
