Reporting, Analysis and Insights:

Manage all reporting activities for all key business metrics for internal and external customers �?? ensure delivery of accurate reports on time every time 

Provide deep dive data analysis and insights on sub optimal performance on key RCM metrics

Hands on SQL development for more than 2 years. Able to build queries as per the requirements.

Manage adhoc requests for RCM and enterprise level metrics analysis and reports from leadership and operational stakeholders  

Engage in new transitions to set up seamless reporting systems 

Ensure 100% compliance of the BI/MIS team to all applicable compliance requirements 

Cost optimization:

Constantly look for and execute report automation opportunities to achieve cost reduction and accuracy improvement  

Support small to medium complexity automation of processes in service delivery 

Stakeholder Management:

Manage conflicting priorities and working relationships effectively 

People Management: 

Develop the skills of the BI team through continuous training and skill development workshops
