Job Description - Business Systems Analyst










This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst in India.


This role plays a critical part in ensuring the stability, performance, and optimization of Salesforce-based systems supporting global sales operations across North America and Latin America. You will act as a key technical and functional support partner, maintaining Salesforce CPQ, OLM, and multiple integrated Salesforce instances to ensure seamless business continuity. The position combines system administration, issue resolution, and process optimization in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment. You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and Product teams to ensure data integrity and efficient business workflows. A strong focus is placed on troubleshooting complex system issues, improving automation, and enhancing user experience. This is a high-impact operational role suited for someone who thrives in structured environments while solving intricate system challenges.










Accountabilities:



  • Manage Salesforce user administration, including roles, profiles, permissions, and security configurations to ensure proper system access and compliance.

  • Support Salesforce CPQ and OLM processes, including pricing, catalog management, renewals, orders, cancellations, and billing triggers.

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce configurations such as workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and approval processes.

  • Act as the escalation point for advanced Salesforce issues, diagnosing and resolving complex system and integration problems.

  • Ensure smooth case management operations, meeting SLA requirements and maintaining service quality standards.

  • Support data synchronization between Salesforce and ERP/billing systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and Product to improve system processes and workflows.

  • Participate in UAT, deployment activities, and provide end-user training and documentation support.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance system efficiency.


Requirements:



  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably within Sales Cloud environments.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) is required.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and administration.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security framework, sharing rules, and access controls.

  • Experience troubleshooting complex issues in integrated enterprise systems.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, billing systems, or ERP integrations is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Flow, Apex, and SOQL is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first operational environment.
