Cafe Manager

We are looking for a Cafe Manager for Kochi location 

Working Time : 02 PM to 12AM 

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.


• 2-7 years of experience with food & beverage and food service operations, including quality control, hygiene, and safety standards.


• Sales skills, with the ability to promote menu items, support upselling, and contribute to revenue growth.


• Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management role is preferred.


• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.


• Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.


• Basic understanding of inventory control and cash handling procedures.


• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
