Looking for an experienced, modern, and dynamic Mumbai-based Campaign Manager with excellent communication and proven experience in IT services campaign management. They would be managing all aspects of engagements, campaigns, messaging, and communications to enhance client interactions and boost appointment bookings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom Info tool.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Develop and execute email and messaging campaigns from inception to completion, focusing on market trends to increase client responses and appointment bookings 

• Utilise Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns effectively for campaign management and tracking 

• Leverage LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoom Info for targeted campaign outreach and engagement 

• Use Zoom Info tool for advanced market and client insights to tailor campaigns 

• Work closely with the Sales Assistant to coordinate and align telesales and campaign strategies, ensuring consistent communication with prospects 

• Analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement 

Mandatory Requirements:  

• Proven experience in campaign management, particularly in IT services or related fields 

• Expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom Info tool 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred 

Qualities:  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Innovative to bring own ideas and vision to lead the campaign 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently 

Eligibility Criteria:   

• 3+ years of experience in campaign management, particularly in IT services or related fields 

• Excellent communication skills in writing engaging content for email and LinkedIn campaigns 

• Possesses a working Laptop/Desktop with a good internet connection 

• Willing to work for a growing organization as per UK timing (flexible) 

• Residing in Mumbai 

Job Location: WFH (Remote) from Mumbai location (UK shift, full-time)
