CDP Platform Analyst

THE ROLE

As our CDP Platform Analyst, you will champion the integrity and reliability of Everpure’s global customer data foundation, turning complex data pipelines into high-trust strategic assets. Operating at the intersection of business and engineering, you will optimize platform health across Snowflake, Salesforce, and Marketo to directly fuel next-generation marketing, analytics, and AI initiatives. You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to eliminate data friction and build a unified Customer 360 experience. Your mission is to establish unparalleled confidence in our data governance, enabling teams across the company to activate customer insights with absolute precision.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• 
  

  Maximize Platform Reliability: Own the continuous monitoring and health optimization of Hightouch workflows and audience synchronization across Snowflake, Salesforce, and Marketo to eliminate downtime and ensure downstream go-to-market processes execute flawlessly.

  Engineer Advanced Observability: Build, scale, and maintain automated SQL-based data quality checks to proactively validate record counts, segment membership, and data freshness, catching sync anomalies before they impact live marketing campaigns or sales routing.

  Drive Root-Cause Remediation: Lead cross-functional investigations into complex data discrepancies across enterprise platforms, moving beyond quick fixes to implement long-term structural data integrity solutions.

  Establish Data Governance Standards: Author and operationalize unified data definitions, taxonomies, and metadata practices to ensure consistent business rules across revenue teams and simplify platform scale.

  Partner for High-Fidelity Infrastructure: Collaborate directly with Analytics and Data Engineering to build robust alerting mechanisms around schema drift, data volume anomalies, and duplication patterns.

  
  

WHAT YOU BRING

• 
  

  Advanced SQL & Analytical Problem-Solving: Mastery of SQL with a proven track record of writing complex queries to isolate data anomalies, reconcile disparate datasets, and validate information across enterprise systems.

  Data Ecosystem & Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience managing customer data platform (CDP) workflows, reverse-ETL tools, or complex marketing technology ecosystems where data alignment directly impacts revenue outcomes.

  Cross-Functional Technical Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data quality findings into clear, actionable business impacts and coordinate effectively between engineering teams and business stakeholders.

  Modern Data Architecture Familiarity: Structural understanding of cloud data warehouses, orchestration and transformation tools, identity resolution frameworks, and fundamental data governance best practices (e.g., Snowflake, Marketo, Salesforce, Hightouch, dbt).

  Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
