As a Senior Associate in the CDTR-ETS-SAP GTS role, you will engage directly with clients to deliver impactful solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills in SAP Compliance and Security to address complex business challenges, providing tailored insights and strategies that enhance client operations. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can apply your knowledge to drive meaningful change and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex compliance and security requirements within SAP environments
- Implementing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions to enhance client operations
- Conducting compliance audits and developing audit documentation to support regulatory standards
- Developing and managing compliance programs and policies to align with corporate governance frameworks
- Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics and operational performance management
- Advising clients on compliance technology and regulatory guidelines to mitigate risks
- Collaborating with teams to design remediation strategies and corrective actions
- Overseeing compliance record keeping and documentation to support audit readiness
- Engaging in continuous learning to adapt to evolving compliance and governance standards
- Supporting internal audit development and operational risk management initiatives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4-8 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
