A career in our Microsoft Dynamics team will provide the opportunity to help our clients transform their technology landscape across Front, Back and Mid-Office functions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. We focus on contributing to PwC’s value proposition of “strategy led and technology enabled”, by aligning our Consulting Solutions’ industry focus with the Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.

As part of the Microsoft CRM team you will help our clients transform their Sales, Service and Marketing functions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. You will also help deploy and optimize the use of Microsoft Business Applications Suite across several industries, to provide enterprises with deep domain knowledge and purpose built front office applications designed to meet the unique needs of the business.

Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will contribute to PwC's strategy-led and technology-enabled value proposition, aligning industry focus with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI. You will help clients optimize their Sales, Service, and Marketing functions, deploying Microsoft Business Applications Suite to provide enterprises with tailored front office applications.As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your skills to analyze complex business issues and deliver solutions from strategy to execution. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will guide and mentor others, uphold professional standards, and use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing complex business issues and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Leading CRM implementations and integrations to optimize client operations
  • Managing CRM project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations
  • Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to enhance client business processes
  • Conducting CRM analytics to provide insights into customer journey and operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored CRM solutions for financial services clients
  • Providing user training and support to maximize the adoption of CRM systems
  • Engaging in business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Upholding ethical standards and business conduct in all client interactions
  • Adapting to changing environments and embracing new challenges to drive client success

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
